This transformative ritual is a deep dive into both breath work and chakra energy work. We work in-depth to unblock and balance each one of your bodies energy centers with a breath work journey and variety of other techniques that may include, meditation, mantra sounds, chakra specific aromatherapy blends, crystals, colored light, frequency music, related stretches and bodywork to remove stagnation and restore the proper energy flow. This session may also go into shadow work or use timeline regression techniques to find out the root of the chakra disfunction. This can bring up repressed emotions and memories for you to process and let go.

The work will begin with a discussion, then an opening and grounding meditation,  a breath work journey, then work in order starting at the Root Chakra and working our way up to the Crown.
