Service Description

A one on one introduction to meditation and relaxation breathing. There are many types of meditation, so we will begin with a conversation about what will be right for you. It could be as simple as breath awareness, thought observation, body scan, mantra and etc. Or we could go deeper with focusing on specific chakras for cleansing. Read more about chakras in the " Tantra" tab in the menu. There are many health benefits to practicing meditation, such as mental and physical relaxation, increasing creativity and productivity and more. What you will need; a comfortable place to sit (i.e. a yoga mat and or cushions), soft background music (optional) and a glass of water.
